This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number. I'm coming back for Christmas!

the location is super awesome, really close to the metro and yummy eateries. the staff are beyond friendly and super helpful. our room was on the ground floor, which was great for wheelchair access, and it was all newly refurbished and clean. the bed was so comfy, like sleepin on clouds. breakfast was also decent with plenty of options!

but the wifi was kinda spotty and we had some noise from other rooms that disrupted our sleep.

It's not the Ibis standard I expected, with visible wear and tear like peeling paint and poor maintenance in areas such as the door locking system.

The quirky hotel features charming spiral staircases and offers daily housekeeping, with staff who are friendly and welcoming. the room was dated, with a cramped layout making it uncomfortable for taller guests. There was consistent noise from above, disrupting sleep, and the check-in process had its hiccups, including an unexpected tax charge. Proximity to a metro station was a bonus, making city exploration easy.

The Standard Room with One Double Bed and One Single Bed was surprisingly clean and recently refurbished. The bed itself was super comfy, giving me the best sleep during my stay. Loved the cozy vibe, especially with the quirky decor throughout the hotel. But it felt a tad cramped, and I wish there was more storage for luggage. a solid spot for a short stay!
